First approachTasting
Intense taste (green fruity). Under a luminous golden color, it gives off fresh and herbaceous notes on the nose as well as on the palate, of tomato, raw artichoke but also of fruits such as pear, green banana, and can sometimes surprise with a peppery note at the end of the mouth.

It is perfect as a marinade for shellfish, tomatoes, cheese, and in some summer verrines.
