The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Negrette variety that we offer is a cold extracted oil, composed of fresh olives harvested at their full maturity which, by mechanical processes only, will allow to obtain this pure fruit juice that is the olive oil.

Subtle taste (ripe fruity). Under a rather golden color, it will reveal itself accompanied by soft and subtle notes of dried fruits, ripe fruits, liquorice, flowers, sometimes embellished with a bitterness and a very light spiciness.
It will reveal itself to you on raw vegetables (green salads, carrots), cooked vegetables (summer vegetables), on fine fish, poultry, and even desserts, pastries, or sweet creams.
Close the container tightly after each use, as the flavors and aromas of this product can change when exposed to air. Store away from light and heat.
